He tilted his chin up and kissed Anakin's throat, though it was barely more than a brush of lips over skin. "I do like Alderaan. My associations with Naboo are... less pleasant than yours." Most of what he likes is the peace, the quiet, the pause, and just being.

As much as Anakin enjoyed the rush of movement, of always doing something, if it would make Obi-Wan happy to be forever still on one planet, the rest of his life, Anakin would do it. Or at least he would make a concerted effort to do it. And if he had to do something that involved moving, it would be in persuit of giving Obi-Wan that peaceful life. Anakin could think of no better way to make up for all the damage and hurt he'd caused than to make Obi-Wan's life as peaceful as possible.

"How have you found the way to forgive me?" he said softly. He didn't expect an answer, he just still found it hard to believe Obi-Wan would love him after everything he's done.

"The same way you've found a way to forgive me, I imagine." It's quiet, and simple, and comes with a brush of a kiss over Anakin's shoulder. "Now if we could be convinced to forgive ourselves.... that would be a feat." He isn't expecting it to happen.

He isn't letting go of Anakin, though.

"Would we still be us if we forgave ourselves?" Anakin asked.

He wanted to be tracing lazy lines over Obi-Wan's back, but he was good and truely fucked. In the best way.

"I think I might pull a you and sleep ten hours." Okay, Obi-Wan usually slept fourteen or more hours after satisfying sex, but Anakin just didn't sleep long stretches of time to begin with.

That is a profound and deeply depressing question, so Obi-Wan just kisses Anakin's forehead and says, "Sleep." He'd be asleep, too, for at least a while.

But he hasn't forgotten Anakin just had surgery, and Anakin....

Really needs the rest.
